-We will provide Kireedam (Crown), Odakuzhal (Flute), Maala (Garland) for kids dressing up. Other costumes are to be organised by the participants as appropriate. -Participants must arrive early at the event location at 2:00 PM for dress up and other preparations.

-We request you to dress up the participants at home as much as possible and do the final touch up at the venue.

-Shobhayatra will be outdoors, so make sure you dress for the weather.

-We might provide light refreshments for participating children. Parents please be mindful of any food allergies/needs/restrictions.

-We will add the registered participants to a WhatsApp group.

-Please keep a copy of all the purchased ticket handy, You may choose to print it or show a digital copy on your phone at the event entrance.
