Manava Seva Madhava Seva – The Service of Humanity is the Service to the Lord.

Kerala is a state situated in the southern part of India. The beautiful state of Kerala has a very rich cultural heritage. Kerala Hindu Society Melbourne (KHSM) aims to provide to the community of Melbourne a glimpse of this heritage. We aim to facilitate and nurture the Hindu way of life, to imbibe a sense of pride and commitment in our service to humanity, to promote co-operation and unity among Kerala Hindus throughout Australia.

This is reflected in a term Indians use to describe the Hindu religion: Sanatana Dharma, which means eternal faith, or the eternal way things are (truth).

Sabarimala

The temple is situated on a hilltop (about 3000 feet above sea level) named Sabarimala in Pathanamthitta district, which is unique. The temple is open to people belonging to all religions.
